RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

No Refunds or Exchanges

Due to the nature of bath and body products, all sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. If you attempt to return an item that has been used (even slightly), you will not receive a refund.

 

Returned Items

If your order is returned by the USPS due to an insufficient or wrong address, you will be refunded for the price of the items purchased. You will not be refunded for shipping costs. (If you have accidentally provided the wrong address - this is usually due to autofill - please contact madame@scodioli.com immediately).

 

Shipping Fees

Rouge & Rye® does not refund shipping fees.

 

Lost/Stolen Orders

Rouge & Rye® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund.

Orders will ship via USPS within 3-5 business days of purchase (usually faster). You will receive a tracking number for your order.
